Spot & Dunnage Trips

Packer Leading Pack Animals
Enjoy our gentle and mountain-trained saddle horses and pack animals for your spot trip needs. We can accommodate both gear and/or riders, in addition to a group that has both riders and hikers. This package allows you the effortlessness of getting you and your gear into the Sierras. Upon arrival we will unpack your loads and you will take if from there! Each packer will handle a maximum of 5 head stock. One mule carries 150 lbs of dunnage. Dunnage over 150 lbs will require an additional pack animal (up to 150 lbs). Bear boxes and wilderness supplies are provided at an additional cost (see general information).

Waugh Lake – Clarke Lakes – Weber Lake
Saddle & pack stock $175 per day
Packer with horse $300 per day

Alger Lakes – Davis Lakes – Marie Lakes – PCT
Saddle & pack stock $275 per day
Packer with horse $350 per day
